It all comes down to the specification. 
You can send a drawing. Even a simple sketch will do, as long as you provide the dimensions.   
It is always best, with finely detailed items, if you can provide a sample. We can then make a duplicate of it.
To reiterate: If we have a sample, and/or if the spec is clear, your product will be exactly to that specification.
